We are looking to expand our team with highly motivated and experienced dispatchers only. Position Overview We are seeking skilled and proven truck dispatchers who have experience with box trucks and flatbed hotshots. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the ability to earn a strong commission-based income. Responsibilities • Dispatching loads for box trucks and flatbed hotshots. • Negotiating rates with brokers and shippers. • Managing driver schedules and ensuring on-time pickups/deliveries. • Building strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and shippers. • Maintaining accurate records of loads, rates, and communications. Requirements • Experience required: Minimum 1 year dispatching box trucks and/or flatbed hotshots. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Familiarity with load boards, brokers, and freight platforms. • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals. • Reliable computer, internet, and phone access.
