[Remote] Total Rewards Coordinator / Talent Acquisition

The Total Rewards Coordinator will support day-to-day Talent Acquisition and Human Resources operations, focusing on recruiting coordination and onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and new hires. Responsibilities Coordinate interviews, including scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process Create, distribute, and track interview guides, evaluation forms, and related materials for interview teams Support offer letter preparation and background check initiation Organize, facilitate, and continuously improve the company’s onboarding program Coordinate onboarding schedules, sessions, and materials for new hires Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure new hires are set up for success on day one Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding period Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems Assist with offboarding processes Respond to employee questions and route issues as needed Support benefits enrollment, changes, and basic employee communications Assist with HR programs such as performance reviews, policy acknowledgements, and compliance training Prepare documents, templates, and reports for HR initiatives Partner with HR and business leaders to support ongoing projects and ad hoc report requests Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements Provide backup support to other HR team members as needed Skills 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR coordination, or a related role High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and follow-through Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Comfort working with HR systems and collaboration tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional judgment and discretion Strong service mindset when supporting candidates, new hires, and employees Hands-on experience scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding activities Familiarity with HR systems; applicant tracking system exposure a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Experience supporting a growing or fast-moving organization is a plus Benefits Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Retirement plans with optimal company match Annual bonus/merit opportunity Educational Assistance Mental Health support program M.O.R.E.
