As a US Technical Recruiter, you will be the linchpin in our efforts to build a robust pipeline of highly skilled professionals who can drive our projects forward. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, be it from the comfort of your home or a preferred location in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu. Key Responsibilities Develop and Manage Talent Pipelines: Spearhead the development of a robust pipeline of qualified local talent in key areas to support our technology solutions. This involves leveraging various sourcing channels, including direct and passive recruitment methods. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and phone screening to delivering qualified candidates that meet our clients' requirements, timelines, and budget. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with Account Managers, Resource Managers, and the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality resource fulfillment. This includes planning, prioritizing requirements, and publishing status updates and reports on a periodic basis. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes, ensuring they remain efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you must possess: 3+ Years of IT Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of managing the end-to-end hiring cycle for US-based clients. Talent Sourcing Expertise: Strong command of talent sourcing through both direct and passive channels, with a deep understanding of how to leverage job boards like Dice and Monster. Knowledge of US Tax Terms and Work Authorizations: Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) and work authorizations, ensuring compliance and understanding of the legal and financial implications. Understanding of the North American IT Resource Market: A solid grasp of the IT resource market in North America, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities. Social Media Networking: Ability to establish and leverage professional networks through social media platforms like LinkedIn. Strong Communication and Client Interaction Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, staying ahead of the curve in recruitment methodologies and technologies. While not mandatory, experience with Ceipal is considered a plus, as it indicates familiarity with cutting-edge recruitment tools and technologies.
