Key Responsibilities Develop and produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and producers to execute and deliver native content that aligns with the brand's overall campaign strategy. Create graphics and edit photos, working closely with the internal design team when necessary. Lead the social asset creation process from concept to delivery, driving fast-paced and engaging content for client social platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively bring new ideas and solutions to the table. Train and share knowledge with internal teams to empower them to manage their own areas with ad-hoc support. Build and maintain strong relationships with the rest of the team, elevating the culture of the agency and promoting a collaborative work environment. Work with contractors, suppliers, and freelancers as authorized to support the role. Remain current with client brand visual identities, best practices, and ways of working. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Solid experience and understanding of social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. Proven experience in producing social content and staying up-to-date with social best practices. Experience developing and managing the production output of social media campaigns across multiple channels. Excellent people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners. Experience in video production, including filming and editing, preferably delivering content via social media channels. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and structure work schedules effectively.
