Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from clients' customers, taking accurate messages and dispatching them according to the clients' specific needs. Provide exceptional customer service, representing our clients' brands in a professional and courteous manner. Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage for our clients. Utilize strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with callers and resolve their queries. Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance standards for call handling and message taking. Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and support. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (wpm), with the ability to accurately take messages and dispatch calls. Excellent spelling and grammar skills, with a strong command of the English language. A positive attitude, friendly tone of voice, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively interact with callers. A reliable and dedicated work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with answering service software or similar technology. A background in a specific industry, such as healthcare or law.
