Your responsibilities will include: • Guest and reservation management: You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. • Virtual property management: You will work closely with our property owners to ensure that their properties are accurately represented and that any issues are promptly addressed. • Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating with our cleaning team to ensure that properties are cleaned and ready for guests, as well as scheduling and coordinating any necessary repairs or maintenance. • Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Processing reservations and providing accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods: You will be responsible for processing reservations and providing guests with accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods they will be visiting. • *Key Responsibilities** • Guest and reservation management: + Manage guest inquiries and reservations + Ensure accurate and timely communication with guests + Coordinate with property owners to ensure that properties are accurately represented • Virtual property management: efficient manner: + Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise + Work closely with property owners to ensure that any issues are promptly addressed + Provide regular updates to guests on the status of their issues • Processing reservations and providing accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods: + Process reservations and provide guests with accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods they will be visiting + Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate • *Success Metrics** • Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries: You will be expected to respond to all guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our guests receive the support they need. • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP: You will be expected to resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our guests receive the support they need. • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher: You will be expected to contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience with blithequark. • *Essential and Preferred Qualifications** • 2+ years of customer service experience • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience • Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours • Experience with Airbnb customer service • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed • *Additional Skills and Qualifications** • Tech savvy: You will be expected to be proficient in using technology to manage guest inquiries, reservations, and properties. • Strong verbal, written, and reading of the English language: You will be expected to communicate effectively with guests, property owners, and other stakeholders. • Extreme attention to detail: You will be expected to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate. • Outstanding customer service: You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with blithequark. • Excellent typing, including speed and accuracy: You will be expected to type accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate. •
