Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns Utilize AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to craft comprehensive and personalized guest messages that reflect our brand voice and values Screen potential guests, respond to inquiries, and provide support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our travelers Communicate and escalate issues to management via Slack, ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms, maintaining a high level of professionalism and consistency in our brand voice Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams, ensuring prompt attention and resolution Submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, following established procedures and guidelines Build, manage, and report on in-house maintenance labor, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources Assist with the onboarding of accounting systems, utilizing knowledge of business financials and accounting principles Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Essential Qualifications Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Proficiency in using VoIP technology to communicate with guests and vendors Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with a deep understanding of their features and functionality Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools, with the ability to leverage them for comprehensive guest messaging Availability to work Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11pm CST, with potential opportunities for part-time overnight shifts Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service Knowledge of business financials and accounting principles, with experience in assisting with accounting systems Experience in 3rd party vendor relations, with a strong understanding of effective communication and collaboration Familiarity with Operto Teams, with experience in reporting maintenance and damage issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and team members Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork Proficiency in using technology, including VoIP, AI-powered tools, and other software applications Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring accuracy and consistency in all interactions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
