Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Guest and Reservation Management: Manage guest inquiries, process reservations, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods. Virtual Property Management: Oversee property operations, ensure compliance with house rules, and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams. Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination: Arrange and schedule cleaning services, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Guest Communications and Issue Resolution: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. Platform Management: Manage our presence on various short-term rental platforms, including Airbnb, and ensure compliance with platform policies. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience : Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or short-term rental industry. 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience : Experience working in vacation rental customer service or hotel operations, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. Availability during normal U.S. business hours : Ability to work during standard business hours in the United States, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Airbnb customer service : Previous experience working with Airbnb, including managing listings, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues. Ability to work with multiple technology platforms : Proficiency in using various software applications, including property management systems, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
