Key Responsibilities Guest and reservation management: Manage guest inquiries, respond to reservations, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods. Virtual property management: Coordinate with housekeeping staff, schedule cleanings, and ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards. Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Liaise with cleaning services to ensure that properties are cleaned and prepared for guest arrivals. Address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest concerns and resolving issues promptly. Process reservations and provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods: Manage reservations, provide property information, and answer guest questions. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience: Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a short-term rental or hotel setting. Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours: Ability to work standard business hours, with flexibility to respond to guest inquiries and issues as needed. Preferred Skills and Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: Experience with Airbnb customer service: Familiarity with Airbnb's customer service platform and processes. Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed: Tech-savviness and ability to adapt to new systems and tools. Success Metrics To measure success in this role, we will be tracking the following key performance indicators: Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring that our guests receive timely and effective support. Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP: Prioritize guest issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction. Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher: Deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to a high overall review rating and reinforcing arenaflex's reputation for excellence.
