Key Responsibilities Guest and reservation management: Ensure seamless communication with guests, manage reservations, and provide timely responses to inquiries. Virtual property management: Oversee the daily operations of our properties, including coordinating with housekeeping staff, arranging amenities, and addressing any property-related issues. Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Ensure that our properties are always clean and ready for guests, managing the scheduling and coordination of our housekeeping team. Conflict resolution: Utilize your excellent customer service skills to resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience, with a deep understanding of the short-term rental industry and its unique challenges. Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in the English language, with excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy. Extreme attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Airbnb customer service, with a strong understanding of the platform and its features. Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency, aiming to resolve issues in less than 3 hours or ASAP. Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience and leave positive reviews.
