Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team in Brazil, providing live chat support and administrative expertise to our customers and internal stakeholders. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and providing support to our senior leaders. Key Responsibilities Provide live chat support to customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Assist with the execution and implementation of ad-hoc tasks and projects, driving continuous improvement across the team Support the organization and coordination of events, market visits, team meetings, and other activities, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up Aid senior leaders with the onboarding process for new team members, including business orientation, call monitoring, equipment, access, and support Manage travel arrangements, calendar organization, and expense reports for senior leaders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Coordinate schedule activities, conferences, and meetings, making necessary arrangements for logistics, catering, and materials Support key HR reporting and complex presentations, providing administrative assistance as needed Offer additional support to senior leaders with administrative tasks, contract signature process management, and system access for channels Essential Qualifications Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) Administrative support experience in a large organization, preferably in a similar role Experience interacting with senior leaders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills to maintain effective professional relationships across the organization Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), with Salesforce experience being a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a virtual assistant or live chat support role, preferably in a financial services or related industry Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, regulations, and market practices Experience with project management tools, calendar organization, and expense reporting software Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Certifications or training in customer service, administration, or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
