Job Overview Main Responsibilities Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring that clients receive prompt and professional attention Carefully identify the answers to the questions you expect our customers to have in each interaction, providing personalized solutions and support Take a hands-on approach to solve any problem, learning it from beginning to end, or separating pharmacists from pharmacists if clinical advice is needed Deliver the best service experience to our customers, operating in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs, providing technical assistance and support as needed Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we maximize our relationship with them and build long-term connections Realize that each relationship represents more than a solution to a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, providing personalized support and guidance every step of the way Eligibility Criteria To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following eligibility criteria: Must live in the state of Arizona, with a reliable high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or Fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload High school diploma or equivalent, with more than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills, with the ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (i.e., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two weeks' notice, and work in a team environment, demonstrating a strong ability to work collaboratively with others Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Communication skills (spoken and written), with experience working in a customer service or call center environment Work experience in the medical field, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards, and demonstrating a strong ability to work in a team Skill and Competency Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong technical skills, with experience using computer and web applications, and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong ability to collaborate and work towards common goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
