Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Virtual Customer Care Advisor to join our team. As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services. Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, your core responsibilities will include: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions. Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers might have, ensuring each interaction is informative and helpful. Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary. Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance, copays, shipping needs, and providing technical support when navigating our website. Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them and foster long-term loyalty. Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Currently reside within the state of Arizona. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Possess 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. Have experience multitasking with phone and computer skills. Have a hardwired broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. Be able to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with a two-week advance notice. Be able to work in a home environment that is private, free of distractions, and allows you to devote full attention to customers during work hours. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Experience working in a healthcare environment, understanding the nuances of patient care and confidentiality. Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
