Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional to join our team. As a chat professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through chat interactions. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
