About the Role As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You will be working remotely, using Zoom meetings to connect with clients and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer at blithequark Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and provide personalized support Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible protection for their family Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients Provide responsive and effective customer service, responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits in a timely and professional manner Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, performing any necessary updates on schedule to maintain the highest level of service Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think like an entrepreneur and work as a committed team player. You should be highly organized, motivated, and ambitious, with a strong passion for helping others. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset, but not required.
