About the Role As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
