Job Overview As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Tamil Nadu, India. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, and using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions. Key Responsibilities Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information. Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain qualifications and skills. These include: Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in India Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency) Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required) A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) Essential Qualities In addition to the qualifications listed above, we are looking for individuals who possess certain essential qualities.
