This is a third-party 1099 opportunity that offers flexible hours, with all hours/shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. You will have the freedom to choose your own hours, as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet from your home office to assist individuals with customer-related support questions. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Use your home computer and internet connection to access our systems and tools. Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Work independently in a home office setting with minimal supervision.
