About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Associate and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring that our warehouse is clean and organized. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing orders in a timely and efficient manner Managing inventory, including receiving and stocking products, and monitoring inventory levels Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, including cleaning and arranging the warehouse Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods A positive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: A bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Experience with inventory management and control Proficiency in multiple languages Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to work collaboratively with other team members Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Career Growth Opportunities: At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
