Job Overview In this role, you will be an integral part of our warehouse team, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include receiving and putting away inventory, preparing customer orders for shipment, and operating various equipment to ensure seamless logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Receive and put away inventory, ensuring that all items are properly stored and easily accessible Prepare customer orders for shipment, including selecting, packing, and labeling products Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that all orders are dispatched on time Use scanners to read bar codes on products, verifying that all items are accurately identified and tracked View prompts on screens and follow directions for various tasks, including troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 35 feet, with equipment training and certification provided free of cost Ensure that all products meet quality requirements, conducting inspections and reporting any defects or issues Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues Physical Demands This role requires a range of physical activities, including: Lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without assistance Pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds, using manual or mechanical means Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts, with regular breaks to rest and recover Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse, with training provided on safe handling and operation Going up and down stairs (where applicable), with handrails and other safety features in place Working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), with safety harnesses and other protective equipment provided What It's Like at arenaflex At arenaflex, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, providing a range of benefits and amenities to support your health and happiness.
