Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full remote basis, working weekends only. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and creating lifelong customers. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed Exceeding daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats Recording detailed notes of customer communication and maintaining real-time communication by keeping inventory volumes current Creating lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients, demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers and collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible Operating in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge Adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, maintaining consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with strong communication skills and excellent decision-making skills Self-motivation, with a reliable and consistently excellent work performance Experience with a multi-line phone system and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing An upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain the reputation of blithequark and any assigned clients Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization Preferred Qualifications and Education We are looking for candidates with: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity, with strong customer service skills High School diploma or GED required, with excellent time management skills as an independent self-starter Must be at least 18 years of age, with the ability to work weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed) Physical Requirements This role requires: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
