You'll work closely with our clients' customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your goal will be to deliver a best-in-class customer experience that drives loyalty and growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues * Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks * Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade * Explain and position products and processes with customers * Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team * Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert-level support **Candidate Qualifications** We're looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
