Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming complex calls or outbound appointments, offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes an 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday. As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing clarification on their specific benefit plans or program options and resolving their needs in a timely and professional manner.
