Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Offer accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring they have the support and guidance they need to manage their student loans effectively Utilize Microsoft Office and Windows products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluent in English, with bilingual Spanish skills being a significant plus High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with 2 years of call center experience being preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Minimum 40-45 words per minute typing speed, with accurate and efficient data entry skills Reliable wired internet connection, with a minimum internet speed of 10mbps Ability to obtain a Public Trust 5C Background Investigation after hire Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of student loan programs and financial services Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and priorities with ease Basic math skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
