Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to accurately manage customer interactions and follow scripts Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the position Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and excellence in customer service Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity Ideal Candidate To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Requirements Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) that meets our technical requirements (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) Use a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) Be available to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Coverage Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period A competitive salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
