As a YouTube Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in editing raw footage into top-tier YouTube content, often working on tight deadlines. You will collaborate closely with YouTube creators via Discord, executing quick revisions and ensuring that the final product meets their expectations. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing video performance and workflow, working closely with fellow editors, creatives, and analysts to deliver high-quality content that resonates with our audience.Key Responsibilities:• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality YouTube content, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations• Collaborate with YouTube creators via Discord, executing quick revisions and providing candid feedback to ensure the best possible outcome• Work closely with fellow editors, creatives, and analysts to optimize video performance and workflow, continuously improving our editing processes and techniques• Organize and upload assets with accurate naming conventions, ensuring that all files are easily accessible and up-to-date• Pitch and provide candid feedback on ideas for original, in-house content, contributing to the development of innovative and engaging video conceptsWho We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you should be a skilled YouTube Content Creator/Video Editor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content. You should have experience working with Adobe Premiere, as well as other editing suites such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Media Encoder. Familiarity with Discord and a love for YouTube, gaming, humor, and meme culture are also essential.
