Expert Account Manager & Digital Marketing Strategist
We are a digital marketing agency hiring an expert Account Manager to own client relationships and ensure marketing strategy and execution are delivered effectively. You will own accounts end-to-end, lead client communication, manage strategy, delegate work to consultants, and be accountable for delivery and results. Responsibilities include leading client onboarding and kickoff calls, running bi-weekly or monthly client calls, delivering monthly video updates, and ensuring all reporting and proof of work is completed. You will manage day-to-day account activity by assigning tasks, overseeing SEO and marketing deliverables, and coordinating consultants. You will provide strategic direction through ongoing research and lead quarterly reviews and annual planning. You will also support sales, renewals, and new client onboarding. This role is ideal for an experienced agency account manager who is organized, confident leading clients, and comfortable owning results. Long-term role with performance-based pay. Compensation is performance-based and scales with the monthly revenue you manage, starting at $1,500 per month and increasing up to $7,500 per month as accounts grow.
