Job Overview and Key Responsibilities The Program Manager, B2B Digital Solutions is a critical role that requires a unique blend of technical, business, and project management skills. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, evolution, and implementation of our next-generation B2B Product ecosystem. Your primary objective will be to deliver innovative digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our corporate and agency customers. Key Responsibilities: Oversees the ideation and development of new customer-facing digital products: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and develop solutions that exceed customer expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact: Organize meetings, document outcomes, and track follow-ups to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Provide regular updates: Keep team leads and stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure alignment and transparency. Understand and prioritize business process and customer life cycles: Optimize online interactions to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business growth. Build strong customer relationships: Foster partnerships with customers to drive new ideas into our development pipeline and deliver solutions that meet their evolving needs. Serve as a liaison: Collaborate with Sales and Commercial business stakeholders to design, build, and test technology products and reporting. Maintain and distribute technical documents: Ensure alignment with Delta's NDC initiatives and distribute project updates to relevant teams. Work closely with product owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders: Route issues, escalate concerns, and ensure clear communication across teams. Solve difficult problems: Apply critical thinking and creative solutioning to overcome routine and non-routine challenges. What You Need to Succeed Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience: Proven track record of success in a related field, preferably in the travel industry. Experience as a technical lead: Demonstrated expertise in Agile development processes and technical leadership. Proven success in leading large-scale projects: Experience managing complex projects across multiple organizations and teams. Self-motivated and solutions-oriented: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be performing satisfactorily in current position: Meets performance expectations and has a strong work ethic. Willing and able to travel: As needed, with advance notice. Consistently prioritizes safety and security: Committed to maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles: Fosters an inclusive and respectful work environment. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency: Meets educational requirements. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States: Meets regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree: Preferred, but not required. General knowledge of travel-related industry segments: Familiarity with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other related industries. Experience in designing and implementing new innovative products or services: Proven track record of innovation and creativity. Strong analytical and computer skills: Proficient in using technology to drive business outcomes. Sound organizational and planning skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Proven ability to make sound business decisions: Strong business acumen and decision-making skills. Product management knowledge/experience: A plus, but not required.
