Finance Analyst III - Medicare

Position Purpose: With the Corporate Medicare Finance team, you will compile and analyze financial information for the companies Medicare business. Manage end-to-end project execution, from planning and modeling to reporting and presentation. • Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately • Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts • Handle complex and high level financial analysis • Present and discuss analysis with upper management • Analysis of actuals vs forecast and translates financial results into narrative that inform strategic decisions • Support financial projects by analyzing situations, identify problems and develop solutions through Business Process Optimization Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Highly Preferred Skills: • Experience in managed care, specializing in financial analysis • Process documentation • Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail • OneStream Experience Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
