Finance Data Analyst

They are seeking a Finance Data Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining data pipelines, improving data integrity, and developing reports to support data-dependent functions within the finance team. Responsibilities Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions Develop intuitive, accessible reports and dashboards, and provide training to users on how to leverage and build self-service analytics solutions Ensure data quality and implement governance standards Optimize the cloud data warehouse for analytics and reporting Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues Stay updated on data warehousing best practices and technologies Skills Degree in computer science, data science or related field 1-3 years' experience with building or managing data warehouses Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, ETL tools (Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure) Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google sheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to embrace ambiguity Excellent communication skills and with a strong desire to work collaboratively Understanding of data modeling and integration techniques Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize workflows High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership in their work Benefits Generous vacation and wellness days Competitive salary and benefits Hybrid work model with a beautiful Toronto HQ Employee discounts and perks—including the best sleep of your life Company Overview A Canadian made mattress with perfect firmness.
