Finance & Strategy Analyst Rotational Program
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, and they are seeking recent graduates for their Early Career Finance Program. This two-year rotational program focuses on Finance & Strategy, allowing analysts to work on impactful projects while collaborating with various cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Over two years, you’ll complete four rotations in multiple finance disciplines, with a concentration in Finance & Strategy Leverage your financial background to build financial analysis to drive insights and recommendations to business partners Build and own models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy Build and track metrics and leading indicators of business performance Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements Skills Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field Graduation date of May 2026 Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills The ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment A proven ability to be a self starter capable of driving results Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for establishing best practices Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships Strong knowledge of GSuite tools and/or MS-Office products and experience working with/analyzing large data sets Experience with Anaplan, SQL, Python or a willingness to learn Experience in data visualization and dashboarding such as PowerBi or Tableau Experience using AI for financial analysis and process improvement Benefits Equity Company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses 401(k) plan Medical, dental, and vision benefits Wellness stipends Company Overview Stripe is an API technology company that provides online payment processing and commerce solutions for Internet businesses.
