Job Description The Financial Controller role is pivotal in shaping both internal financial operations and client experiences as the company grows. Key Responsibilities: Managing General Accounting Operations: Build and lead an efficient internal accounting team to maintain accuracy and compliance, ensuring seamless financial operations. The Successful Applicant We are looking for a strategic and customer-driven finance leader who excels at hands-on accounting to support scalability and enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Finance, or a Business-Related Field. Progressive Accounting Experience: 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years of accounting leadership tenure, ideally as a Controller. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems such as Netsuite, QuickBooks, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications: CPA Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred. Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and mentoring accounting teams.
