Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide strategic technology leadership and oversee the development, integration, and optimization of our technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned technology executive with healthcare experience who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals. • Oversee IT infrastructure, data management, and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.). • Evaluate and guide the development of software platforms, EHR integrations, and digital health tools. • Ensure compliance with healthcare technology regulations and data privacy requirements. • Advise the executive team on emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and scalability strategies. • Provide leadership and mentorship to internal IT and engineering teams (if applicable). Qualifications • 10+ years of technology leadership experience; 5+ years in healthcare or health tech preferred. • Proven track record implementing secure, compliant systems in a regulated environment. • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, APIs, data analytics, and interoperability (FHIR/HL7). • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
