Fractional Growth Advisor / Interim CMO for €10m+ e-commerce (DACH) - Contract to Hire
We are a DACH-focused e-commerce business doing €11M+ annual revenue We are not looking for execution, agencies, or campaign managers. We are looking for a senior, strategic Fractional CMO who has operated at this scale before. This role exists to improve decision quality, not output volume. What you will do (strategic scope only) Diagnose growth bottlenecks at scale (blended CAC, LTV cohorts, contribution margin) Review €500k/month media allocation & scaling logic Define 6–12 month growth & profitability roadmap Establish clear KPI hierarchy (not ROAS-only thinking) Advise CEO on: when to push growth vs margin brand vs performance investment balance organizational gaps (team / process / tooling) pply only if you have: 8–12+ years in e-commerce / DTC Experience with €300k–€1M+ monthly ad spend Worked with €10–30M revenue businesses Strong command of: blended CAC cohort-based LTV contribution margin & payback DACH / EU market experience (Germany is mandatory) Held in-house leadership or P&L responsibility Agencies “CMOs” without real budget ownership Media buyers applying up-market Engagement Fractional (5–10 hrs/week) Monthly retainer Initial 30–60 day pilot Clear outputs: growth diagnosis roadmap KPI & budget framework Apply tot his job
