Qualifications: • Proven experience as a freight agent, W2 freight sales, or in a freight brokerage. • An active, established book of business with verifiable shipping customers. • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. • In-depth understanding of logistics operations, industry regulations, and market trends. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
