The work: The work in our Cloud Innovation Center is highly dynamic. Starting with our Lean XP (eXtreme Programming) delivery methodologies, you will be working in a team to deliver value to our customers. Our engineers work in a 1:1 pairing model to be both a mentor and student of their software craft. Using a TDD (Test Driven Development) methodology, you will ensure that you are building high quality software at pace. Work with the Cloud Native Architecture Team to deliver client solutions beyond 12 factor applications born for the cloud Design and deliver complex custom applications designed to enable change for our clients businesses Work on every phase of creating Cloud Native applications across cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and others Conduct assessments, build blueprints and roadmaps, build proofs of concept, and write technical points of view This is a hybrid role in Columbus, OH and requires 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified applicants in Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX or Scottsdale, AZ. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Object Orient Programming Language (Java/JVM, .Net, NodeJs, or Python preferred) Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in Spring Frameworks Experience in Databases (Sql or NoSql) Experience using leading Platform-as-a-Service such as AWS RDS, Azure AKS, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry Experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Service providers (AWS / Cloud Foundry / Azure / Google Cloud) Experience in scripting language (Groovy / Shell / Python etc) Experience in infrastructure as code scripting (Terraform) Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
