The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration with UPS systems, and improving overall efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with supply chain management software... and a deep understanding of logistics and distribution. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes with a focus on UPS integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain UPS integration solutions. Monitor and manage logistics performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Develop and maintain KPIs to track the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations. Identify and resolve any issues related to UPS integration, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Conduct data analysis to forecast demand, manage inventory, and plan logistics activities. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations. Additional Information: This is a full-time remote position. Flexibility in working hours may be required to collaborate with global teams. Occasional travel may be required for training and team meetings. Applicants must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and distribution. Proven experience with UPS integration and related software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP). Experience working in a remote environment. Familiarity with other logistics carriers and their integration processes. Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards and protocols.
