We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Community Physician Network is seeking a Genetic Counselor to support our Oncology patients in our clinic at the Cancer Prevention and Genetics Center located at Community Hospital North. The Genetic Counselor will work alongside our experienced team of surgeons, providers and genetic counselors to deliver quality patient-focused and evidence-based medicine. Responsibilities • Support Oncology patients in the clinic at the Cancer Prevention and Genetics Center. • Deliver quality patient-focused and evidence-based medicine. • Work alongside a team of surgeons, providers, and genetic counselors. Requirements • Certification through the American Board of Genetic Counseling for the state of Indiana. • New Grad Eligible. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
