Global Compensation Analyst

Job Description: • Act as a consultant to the HR team to guide their decision-making for hiring, promotions, specific organizational program design, quarterly bonus program and annual compensation program implementation • Support team in performing all functions related to RingCentral’s total compensation and reward programs, worldwide, to ensure our programs are in alignment with our compensation philosophy and program objectives • Participate in the design, implementation & administration of new and existing compensation programs, policies and procedures including base pay, short and long-term incentive programs, and bonus programs • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Conduct job audits and evaluations and maintain job documentation • Conduct market survey benchmarking and various types of Radford surveys • Assist with gathering and prepping data for Annual Executive Compensation exercise • Prepare quarterly bonus payout files for exempt employees on annual bonus plan • Assist in the design and administration of the Salary Review, Pay Equity Review, etc. • Assist with communication and training programs on compensation topics for HR and managers to promote understanding and effective utilization of programs • Participate in the development and implementation of systems for management of compensation programs, including quarterly bonus programs, annual pay programs, and equity programs • Act as point person on maintaining Compensation email Inbox • Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: • 2-5 years of experience in global compensation • Experience within a high-tech industry preferred • Functional knowledge of Compensation business processes • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & excellent report writing skills • Analytical and consultative, with a high level of attention to detail • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with sense of urgency for meeting commitments and completing assignments • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Positive team player, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude • Hands-on in-depth experience managing compensation program implementation and roll out • Excellent analytical, compensation modeling and problem-solving skills Benefits: • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance • Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) and Commuter Benefits • 401K match and ESPP • Flexible PTO • Wellness programs including 1:1 wellness coaching through TaskHuman and meditation guidance through Headspace • Paid parental leave and new parent gift boxes • Pet insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24/7 • Rocket Lawyer services that provide legal advice, document creation and estate planning • Employee bonus referral program Apply tot his job
