Description The General Counsel will serve as the primary legal counsel and trusted advisor, providing oversight on labor and employment law. This role involves advising the company on the full spectrum of US Federal and State employment and anti-discrimination laws, including FLSA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, WARN, and OSHA, along with their respective enforcement agencies.
