Global Talent Sourcer
Job Title: Talent Sourcer Location: Fully Remote PDT schedule from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch) starting. This will be a 45-day training period on PDT. Then effective January 2nd, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PDT. Time Zone: Pacific Time Zone preferably Employment Type: Contract, 40 hours a week Compensation: $3.00-$5.00 USD per hour About the Role We are seeking a long-term skilled and adaptable Global Talent Sourcer to support our U.S. and international hiring needs. This is not a trainee-level role, the ideal candidate must have proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for both technical and non-technical positions across multiple industries and regions, therefore 1-2 years of experience would suffice. This role requires strong adaptability in navigating different talent markets, sourcing strategies, and screening approaches for global and U.S.-based roles. The ideal candidate should be confident in conducting virtual interviews, engaging diverse candidate pools, managing recruitment communication across time zones, and preparing thorough candidate submissions for hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for U.S. and global technical and non-technical roles. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Prepare and submit complete hire request packages, including: Screening notes Reference checks Sourcer recommendations for recruiter review Build and maintain global talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Use diverse sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure sourcing aligns with business priorities. Stay updated on regional hiring trends and global recruitment best practices. Maintain consistent, transparent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience. What You Bring Proven experience sourcing talent globally and within the U.S. Ability to identify and engage both technical and non-technical candidates. Strong proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards). Comfortable conducting virtual interviews using tools like Zoom or Google Meet. Skilled at preparing detailed hire request packages, including screening and reference insights. Strong organization and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management abilities. Schedule & Expectations Availability between 7 AM – 4 PM PST (final schedule set upon offer).
