Data Infrastructure & GTM Stack • Develop structured data pipelines and unify data from CRMs, spreadsheets, and APIs. • Ensure marketing and sourcing tools (SMTP, IMAP, domains) are properly configured for high deliverability. • Create dashboards to visualize deal flow, campaign performance, and engagement metrics. Security & Reliability • Implement permission controls, audit logs, and data validation rules. • Maintain system security and operational reliability. What We’re Looking For Technical Skills • Experience with Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, or custom API scripting (Python, Java, or Node.js). • Strong understanding of CRM systems like Bitrix24, HubSpot, or Monday.com. • Working knowledge of Google Workspace APIs, AWS, and RESTful API integrations. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (SMTP setup, email warm-up, domain management). • Bonus: Experience with OpenAI API or other AI/ML integration projects. Professional Skills • Strong documentation, version control (Git), and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and project coordination across business and technical teams. • Detail-oriented, fast, and dependable in implementing automation workflows. Preferred Experience • Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or investment environments. • Experience scaling CRM and automation architecture for lead generation systems. • Understanding of deal flow, investor relations, or data-driven GTM strategies.
