Key Responsibilities Plan and develop high-quality content for flexibility, reliability, and performance Utilize your expertise in advanced searching and dashboarding to resolve complex Splunk issues Implement integrations with external applications and systems as needed Educate and support our customer community on Splunk search, alert, and dashboard best practices Provide daily operational and community support Perform data analysis, organization, and optimization Create and manage data assets, such as fields, extractions, tags, event types, queries, workflow actions, aliases, and macros Develop and maintain list-based reports and data model acceleration Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions for corporate data collection and enterprise logging platforms Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 3 years of experience in developing advanced Splunk dashboards and searches in Splunk Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or other) Knowledge of Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure Experience with regular expressions Ability to drive insights with data and Splunk products Experience creating dashboards in Dashboard Studio Knowledge of Ansible and Git Experience with website architecture Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with application teams to drive innovative solutions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud Knowledge of AWS, REST APIs, and Splunk Enterprise Experience with automation, scripting, and Ansible Ability to create, test, and deploy various Splunk configurations and Splunk technology add-ons Experience with data onboarding and Splunk system and data management best practices Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
