Governance Manager
Job Description: • Developing and maintaining governance policies, standards and procedures • Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the governance framework • Providing guidance and training on governance matters to staff and leaders • Ensuring compliance with relevant Research and Data business rules, design and delivery standards • Identifying and assessing governance-related risks • Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies • Providing support to the various committees • Assisting in the preparation of committee meetings and deliverables • Driving and monitoring the implementation of committee decisions • Engaging with stakeholders on governance matters • Promoting transparency and accountability • Managing relationships with governance bodies and stakeholders Requirements: • 3-5 years of relevant technical experience • Relevant technology market intelligence and data industry experience preferred • A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA, or a qualification in risk management or compliance) • Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices • Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work arrangements Apply tot his job
