Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures related to government contracts. Monitor and review changes in government contracts laws, regulations, and policies and update internal processes accordingly. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks. Train and educate employees on government contracts compliance requirements. Advise and provide guidance to business units on compliance matters related to government contracts. Review and negotiate government contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and procurement, to ensure compliance in all aspects of government contract management. Respond to government inquiries and investigations related to compliance matters. Stay informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities and reports. Serve as a point of contact for government agencies and third-party vendors regarding compliance matters. Assist in the development and execution of compliance training programs for new and existing employees. Monitor and report on the company's compliance with government contracts requirements to senior management. Keep abreast of changes in the legal landscape and provide proactive advice and guidance to the company.
