Graphic Designer

EDENS is a national leading retail real estate developer seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Brand + Culture design team. The role involves producing and leading creative projects for various communities and brand initiatives, with a focus on supporting the Western & Pacific regions of the EDENS portfolio. Responsibilities Provide on-demand, graphic support to the leasing and development teams Create dynamic, intelligent marketing collateral for our retail centers (print and digital) Execute production of graphics used for trade shows, property tours, retailer meetings and events Bring new multi-media skills to Brand + Culture department, including motion graphics, video production and photography Produce and assemble printed materials for events and/or leasing + development as needed (printing, binding etc.) Assist in corporate graphic needs Work with the Sr. Vice President – Brand & Culture entire graphics team to support and evolve EDENS brand Design support for corporate platforms, such as EDENS.com, EDENS social media channels and EDENS Intranet Create presentations and materials for company executives as needed Skills 0-3 years' experience in design including but not limited to publishing, multimedia, print and web design in studio or in-house role Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Media Arts Creative; highly organized Ability to function in a highly collaborative environment with an internal team of designers, analysts, marketing managers, etc Ability to manage projects and production with outside vendors Strong communication skills Must have strong Adobe CS skills including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products Experience in interactive design, motion graphics and video editing is a plus Experience in still photography and image editing is a plus Experience in website management on Wordpress platform is a plus Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Vision Discount Programs Life Insurance AD&D Insurance Vacation and Sick Leave Company Paid Holidays FMLA Short and Long Term Disability Family Leave Policy Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Emergency Travel Assistance Entertainment Discounts Dress for your Day Tenure Recognition, including a paid sabbatical Company Overview EDENS is a retail real estate service provider company.
