About the position Responsibilities • Inbound & Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel inbound campaigns (content, SEO, paid, social, partnerships, and more) to drive awareness and top-of-funnel lead growth. • Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize conversion across landing pages, lead flows, and nurture programs to maximize engagement and ROI. • Go-to-Market Leadership: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute launches for new and existing products. • Campaign Ownership: Design, manage, and measure full-funnel campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and deliver on revenue goals. • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics and performance reporting to refine marketing spend, forecast results, and drive continuous improvement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles. • Proven track record driving inbound pipeline growth and improving conversion metrics. • Strong experience with go-to-market strategy and new product launches. • Proficiency with SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content-driven lead generation. • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide strategy and optimize results. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
