We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Evidence to lead our team of executive producers and agencies in producing high-impact customer stories that drive business results. Job Overview The Head of Customer Evidence will be responsible for managing a team of talented executive producers and a roster of award-winning global agencies who support arenaflex in project management, creative direction, video production, and story writing. This role will also represent the evidence team in C-level forums and lead discussions on the business and sales impact that customer stories deliver. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a coach, mentor, and guide of high-performing executive producers and agencies, with experience in delivering high-impact customer stories at scale across multiple product areas and geographic locations. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of executive producers and agencies in producing high-impact customer stories that drive business results Manage a multi-million dollar budget and at-scale production engine Personally oversee the production of priority customer stories and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and impact Represent the evidence team in C-level forums and lead discussions on the business and sales impact of customer stories Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product marketing, integrated marketing, technical subject matter experts, sales leaders, and customers Embody the culture and values of arenaflex, including a growth mindset, innovation, and collaboration Essential Qualifications To succeed in this exciting and demanding role, candidates should possess the following essential qualifications: People management skills with a proven track record of helping grow talent and providing kind and direct constructive feedback A portfolio of customer stories, preferably in the B2B technology space, and a deep understanding of the buyers’ journey A creative point-of-view, including the use of AI tools in story production Passion for influencing others to trust you and your team Executive presence with the ability to connect customer evidence to business impact Agency management experience and the ability to partner with our trusted agencies while keeping them accountable for delivering high-impact work, on budget, and on time Effective communication skills, including the ability to present data and reporting Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and at-scale production engines Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and 12+ years of experience in business Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and 8+ years of experience in business 6+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 20+ individual contributors and vendors worldwide 10+ years of recent experience overseeing the creation and production of customer stories (videos, and supplementary content, including written stories, quotes, social posts, etc.) used in high-profile events, websites, social, blogs, and other high-reach forums for a Fortune 100 company or equivalent experience Proven track record in creating and presenting to senior leaders and customers and landing customer story plans, expected outcomes, and dependencies Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
