We partner with communities and health systems across Wisconsin to reduce onboarding delays and improve healthcare staffing stability. We are expanding statewide and seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Liaison to help us build awareness and strengthen local relationships. Anticipated Start Date 12/4/25 Anticipated Hours Per Week 5 to 15 Schedule: This role is flexible, and you can set your own hours, but because you'll be contacting hospitals and community organizations, most outreach must happen during standard business hours (approximately 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri). Roughly 75% of the work-emails, calls, follow-ups, relationship-building-will be done during business hours. The remaining 25% of tasks (logging outreach, drafting messages, research, updating contact lists, etc.) can be completed during evenings or weekends if preferred. Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $16.00 to $16.00 Number Of Positions 1 Position Summary/Job Duties: Reliable Residence is a physician-led housing platform designed to support healthcare professionals by connecting them to safe, furnished monthly rentals near hospitals. The Healthcare Partnerships Liaison will reach out to hospitals, clinics, universities, workforce organizations, and community groups to introduce Reliable Residence as a housing resource for traveling and relocating clinicians. You will help us get added to hospital "housing resources" pages, connect with administrators, support local networking, and foster partnerships that improve clinician onboarding and housing accessibility. This is a relationship-building, communication-heavy, mission-driven role - ideal for students in healthcare, business, public health, nursing, pre-med, PA, PT, or any field interested in healthcare operations or startup experience.
