HR Coordinator The HR Coordinator is a hands‑on entry‑level administrative position that reports to a HR Generalist or Sr HR Generalist. The HR Coordinator plays an integral role on the team — providing as needed support to the HR team, executing onboarding and offboarding administrative and data entry duties, and maintaining accurate personnel‑related records in various HR systems. To be successful in this role an individual must be detail oriented, a self‑starter with strong organizational and time management skills, and a strong written and verbal communicator. Important Job Details • This is a primarily remote position, but will be required to work in‑person up to 4 days per month at one of our Learning Centers located in the Northeast Region. • Residing in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) is required and the following states are highly preferred MA, VT or NH. • Pay range is $25/hr–$26/hr. • Internal candidates must be in current position for at least 6 months to be considered. Final date to receive applications Friday, December 12th @ 2 PM EST Responsibilities • Administrative Support – Perform day‑to‑day HR tasks, such as updating new and current employee records, preparing HR and employee documentation, running reports, and ensuring personnel files are up to date. • Employee Support – Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding basic HR inquiries, policies and procedures. • Onboarding and Offboarding – Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding in UKG, ensuring smooth transitions, including conducting exit interviews and reporting to regional HR leader, as needed or requested. • Employee Relations – Support employee relations efforts by gathering information for investigations and assisting in resolving minor workplace issues, and closing out minor issues with terminated employees. • Research – Conduct ad hoc research on HR best practices, labor laws, etc. • HRIS Maintenance – Input and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems. • Training Logistics – Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions conducted by the HR team, including tracking attendance and completion. • Compliance Documentation – Ensure documentation and processes align with compliance requirements. • Project and Event Support – Help organize employee engagement events or HR‑related meetings. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum 1‑2 years of HR or Administrative experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS (UKG experience a plus), Applicant Tracking, and Electronic Onboarding (ICIMS a plus!). • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and maintain positive relationships internally and externally. • Ability to multitask and assist with projects simultaneously under pressure. • Requires attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work. • Ability to understand and follow complex verbal and written instructions. • Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. • Position requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
